As soon as the order is placed on the websiteof Parts World USA, the customer will receive an order tracking number via email. All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of placing the order. Fees for shipping to Mainland USA & Canada are included for all our products.
In case you wish to return your product, please find below our policy for various possible cases of return requests:
Return due to any other reason within 14 days of delivery : In case you would like to return your product for any other reason, within 14 days from the delivery date, please fill in the Return Form and we, at parts world USA shall reply to you within 5 days with our feedback and explain the procedure of returning the goods. If the return is approved basis the condition of the product, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and a packing slip with the Return Address. The customer will then have to ship the product to such address, at his own cost. Upon inspection, we shall process a refund or replacement of the product, while charging a restocking fee of 25% of the cost of the product.
Alternatively, you can email us at support@partsworldusa.com along with the pictures (taken from various angles including the bar code on the product) and we shall reply to you within 5 days with our feedback and explain the procedure of returning the goods. The return may then be approved with a Return Authorization Number and will be subject to inspection.
Return due to any other reason within 45 days : In case you would like to return your product for any other reason, within 45 days from the delivery date, please fill in the Return Form and we, at parts world USA shall reply to you within 5 days with our feedback and explain the procedure of returning the goods. If the return is approved basis the condition of the product, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and a packing slip with the Return Address. The customer will then have to ship the product to such address, at his own cost. Return due to any other reason after 45 days : Unless the product is defective, any return request raised beyond a period of 45 days from the date of delivery will not be entertained.
